Four checks before ordering.
- Measure the spindle body where the mount will clamp; do not measure the collet.
- Confirm the installed body is 59 mm; do not infer the size from the machine name.
- Check clearance to the Z carriage, linear rails, clamps, and hose path across the full travel.
- Choose a skirt height that clears the stock and workholding without hiding the cutting area.

A matching diameter is the starting point. Safe travel, cooling, tool access, and hose support still depend on the machine around it.

Will a 65 mm dust boot fit the X-Carve Pro?
A 65 mm opening is oversized for the stock 59 mm body. Use the dedicated 59 mm mount rather than shimming an oversized collar.
What if the spindle has been replaced?
Measure the replacement spindle directly and choose the mount by its actual outside diameter. The machine name alone is not enough after a spindle upgrade.
