A clear magnetic dust boot for 80 mm spindles.
The 80 mm Dast Boot mount is built around a circular 80 mm spindle body. The adjustable clear skirt keeps the cutting area visible while the magnetic lower assembly releases for tool access.

Match the body. Then check the machine.
Fit boundary
Motor power does not guarantee body diameter. An “80 mm spindle” page or invoice is not a substitute for measuring the clamping location on the installed spindle.
Where this mount starts.
- CNC routers using a true 80 mm circular spindle body
- Many 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW spindle installations after direct measurement
- Retrofitted machines where carriage and hose clearance have been confirmed
Four checks before ordering.
- Measure the outside diameter at the intended mounting height with calipers.
- Check for flats, connectors, cooling fittings, or shoulders that interrupt the circular body.
- Confirm the body can travel without the boot touching the Z carriage or linear hardware.
- Allow for the selected hose and its bend radius at the top of Z travel.
Dry-fit the whole work envelope.
A matching diameter is the starting point. Safe travel, cooling, tool access, and hose support still depend on the machine around it.
- 01
Disconnect spindle and dust-collection power before fitting the mount.
- 02
Clean the 80 mm clamping surface and position the mount below any fittings or shoulders.
- 03
Set the clear skirt and rigid inner collar for the tooling and stock height.
- 04
Support the hose independently so its weight does not pull on the boot.
- 05
Jog the complete work envelope slowly and correct any interference before cutting.

The same Dast Boot system, sized to your spindle.
The fit option changes the spindle mount. The quick-release clear skirt, rigid inner collar, LED halo, and adaptable hose connection remain the core system.
Explore the complete systemDoes every 2.2 kW spindle use an 80 mm body?
No. Power rating and body diameter are separate specifications. Measure the installed spindle where the boot will mount.
Can I use a 4 inch dust collector hose?
Dast Boot includes adapters covering common 2.5 to 4 inch connections. Support the larger hose so its weight and bend do not restrict machine travel.
Will this work with an automatic tool changer?
Dast Boot is a spindle-mounted design and is not presented as an ATC dust-boot system. Confirm tool-change and carousel clearance before considering it for any modified setup.
